What's Included?
60 mins Live Interactive Class (6 days a week)
In this immersive 60-minute session, we intertwine the ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy with the powerful practice of asanas focused on each chakra, yogic kriyas for purification, meditation (dhyana) for inner reflection, and heart-opening chanting (bhakti yoga) guiding you towards holistic well-being and self-discovery. The first 10 mins will be for yoga philosophy explained in a practical and useful way followed by 40 mins of Pranayama, Asana and Kriya practice. The last 10 mins of the class will be of relaxation, questions and discourse around everything discussed and learnt in the class. Each day, we delve into the essence of a specific chakra, from the grounded stability of the Root Chakra to the expansive consciousness of the Crown Chakra.
FREE Sadhana Kit
Every sadhak will receive the Shala's Sadhana Kit—an essential companion in your sadhana journey. This thoughtfully curated kit is designed to support and enhance your practice, helping you connect more deeply with your spiritual path. The Sadhana Kit includes: 1.Rudraksha Japa Mala 2. Personal Spiritual Diary
You will also maintain a spiritual diary (included in the Free Kit), an essential tool for your journey. This involves learning the art of journaling to document your feelings and emotions. Each day, you will receive a question or topic to reflect upon and write about. Keeping a spiritual diary and engaging in regular journaling will significantly enhance your spiritual development and self-awareness.
Online Sadhak Sangha
As a member of our online sangha (community), you will be welcomed into a supportive community of fellow practitioners dedicated to exploring the true essence of yoga. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, share insights, and grow together in your spiritual journey. Hitesh Ji will also be an integral part of our sangha, personally addressing your questions and providing guidance to deepen your understanding and practice.
Learn Hatha Yoga Asanas
You will be introduced to Hatha Yoga Asana practice of beginner to intermediate level. The flow of the practice over the weeks is curated in a systematic way keep your physical well being in mind. You will learn about the "breath and body" relationship and will be taught to induce that into your practice. Hitesh Ji will also be an integral part of our sangha, personally addressing your questions and providing guidance to deepen your understanding and practice.
Learn Meditation Techniques
Our comprehensive meditation curriculum for this program is designed to guide you through various powerful techniques, each aimed at enhancing your spiritual growth and inner peace. The program includes the following meditation/Kriya sessions: 1. Trataka Kriya 2. Mantra Dhyana 3. Yoga Nidra 4. Tattva Dhyana
Learn Ancient Yoga Philosophy
Delve into the profound teachings of yoga philosophy and unravel the core concepts like Yamas, Niyamas, Tattvas & Panchamahabhutas. Through interactive sessions and contemplative discussions, we illuminate the essence of yoga philosophy, drawing wisdom from ancient texts like the Yoga Sutras and Upanishads. Deepen your understanding of these timeless principles and integrate them into your daily life for enhanced well-being and spiritual growth.
Class Recordings Available
You can attend the sessions with your comfort and If you're unable to attend a session due to living outside of India or unforeseen circumstances, don't fret! We've got you covered with recorded sessions accessible for 30 days. Recordings will be promptly available within 4 hours after each class concludes, ensuring you can catch up on any missed content at your convenience.

Flow of the course
Yamas
Week 1 centers on the Yamas, exploring ethical guidelines such as Ahimsa (non-violence) and Aparigraha (non-possessiveness). Each day emphasizes a specific Yama, with practices including asanas and pranayama tailored to the each Chakra. The week concludes with a special meditation class on Day 6.
